I just updated all my sites with Jeff Johnson’s Free Traffic Getting SEO 2.0 plugin.  This is a fantastic plugin for self hosted wordpress sites (that’s not wordpress.com sites).  If you don’t have it, don’t know about it, or haven’t installed it, than you better get moving.  Here’s a link – it’s not an affiliate link and the plugin is free!

This baby optimizes your blog SEO and does it quickly and simply.  By the way, some of my blogs are hosted on fatcow… and I hate them.  It’s so slow and I always have problems.  Anyone else use fatcow, and what’s your experience?  I’ve been slowly moving everything over to hostgator, which has been like night and day.  Super speedy and no problems.

We had a great camping trip up in the Catskills.  It was Marlea’s first time and she did great.  Despite all the bear warnings, cooking meat and then not having any place to dispose of our trash, we managed not to get attacked.  I think it was our dog, Rainy, that held them at bay.  The campsite map was a bit mis-representative of the area since it didn’t show the main road that was running about 250 ft away from our site.   We didn’t really plan on driving two hours to camp next to a road. Took the family to the NJ state fair on saturday.  It was Marlea’s first time getting to go on rides and the whole bit.  She’s proving to be quite the thrill seeker.  She wanted to go on all the rides, regardless of her weight or stature!  We did the roller coaster, Ferris wheel and ate junk food until we all felt ill.  It was good times.
